Principal - Beaver Dam High School
License: WI Principal License (5051) or eligible to attain licensure required, Master’s Degree, 3+ years of successful teaching experience required, 3+ years of administrative experience required.
Compensation and Contract: Compensation is highly competitive, and commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education. This is a 260-day (12 month) contract.

Beaver Dam High School (BDHS) is home to over 1,000 students from Beaver Dam and surrounding communities and completed $42 million in facility upgrades to the high school in 2018, resulting in one of the highest-quality school facilities in the state. Demonstrating an ongoing and deep commitment to public education, the Beaver Dam community also passed a 2024 referendum supporting district-wide improvements, along with the construction of a new middle school, reflecting a strong, unified belief in investing in students and schools. Services for our students at BDHS are provided by an outstanding team of more than 70 teachers, 30 support staff members, a robust student services team, and four administrators.
The academic experience at BDHS includes more than 175 course offerings organized within 14 curricular teams. Students have opportunities to earn college credit through 21 transcripted credit courses as well as 20 Advanced Placement offerings. BDHS is a competitive member of the Badger Conference, and the athletic and co-curricular programs include more than 55 opportunities that appeal to a wide range of interests and ability levels.
