Academic Records Specialist
The Academic Records department at the School of Computing and Information is seeking an Academic Records Specialist to support ongoing records maintenance as well as manage clear written and verbal communication with students, faculty, and staff via email and in person. The incumbent will assist the department with tasks associated with records maintenance, graduate and undergraduate matriculation, and communicating transfer credit evaluations. A successful placement will be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, understand the complexity of working with confidential student information, and be able to seek information or guidance to handle any issues as they arise.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred. Excel proficiency, customer service experience, and clear communication skills required.
