| Position Summary: | Villanova University invites applications for an adjunct teaching position in the Department of Global Interdisciplinary Studies' annual undergraduate Scholar-and-Field-Expert Lecture Series. This year's theme is Sustainable Dining. The applicant must be committed to excellence in the teaching of sustainability and the culinary arts. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. | Special Message to Applicants: | The Global Interdisciplinary Studies Department will accept applications for the two-week visiting instructorship in our Scholar-and-Field-Expert Lecture Series. The appointed lecturer will teach a one-credit course which is offered only in the spring semester and given the opportunity to deliver a public lecture as well.
