- Provide instruction in the Doctor of Pharmacy Program. Serve as Course coordinator/instructor as appropriate.
- Conduct independent research in their area of interest with the goal of developing a record of scholarly pursuit and expertise.
- Engage in service (School, University, Professional, and Community)
- Mentor students.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Social and Administrative Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy Administration or a closely related area (examples include health services research, health outcomes, health policy, translational science). Individuals with a MS and Pharm.D. or Pharm. D. degree with two-year fellowship in Pharmacoeconomics/Health Outcomes Research or population-based care with a history of publications are also encouraged to apply. Applicants should demonstrate strength in one of more of the following areas: population-based care, health economics, health outcomes, community-based participatory research, or implementation sciences. A background in pharmacy is preferred, but not required.
