Job Description

The Department of Computer Science at Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) in Rolla, Missouri, is seeking outstanding applicants for a non-tenure-track (NTT) assistant or associate teaching faculty positions with an appointment start date of Fall 2027. The primary duties of the job are:

1) Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses,

2) Advising students, and

3) Service to the department and campus

Teaching faculty may also optionally pursue pedagogical research.

Key Requirements

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a PhD or MS degree in Computer Science (or a closely related field) by the appointment start date. A PhD in Computer Science is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with a track record of high-quality teaching and university service. Candidates from industry with a strong academic experience are encouraged to apply as well.
