Description
Responsibilities- Administer and configure Salesforce Education Cloud
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Maintain data quality, governance, and security across Salesforce platforms
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, preferably using MuleSoft
- Build automation with Flows and Process Builder
- Create and manage custom objects, permissions, profiles, and layouts
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for releases, testing, and deployments
- Document solutions and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant certification preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred
- 3-8 years of Salesforce experience in administration and development
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud components including EDA, Student Success Hub, and Admissions Connect
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and declarative tools
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder and Automation Studio preferred
- Experience with MuleSoft including Anypoint Platform and API integrations preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in Agile or Scrum environments
- Proficiency with documentation and process improvement
