Choate Rosemary Hall seeks a full-time History teacher to join our community beginning August 2026. The successful candidate should be comfortable teaching both U.S. and World History and bring additional expertise in areas such as Black Studies, Economics, and/or Philosophy.

We seek educators with a strong background in historical writing and research pedagogy, as well as a demonstrated ability to teach from multicultural and global perspectives. We seek educators who thoughtfully integrate inclusive and equitable practices into their teaching and course design.

A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. While 3+ years of teaching experience is an advantage, we welcome applications from both experienced educators and those newer to the profession who demonstrate curiosity, strong potential, and a commitment to professional growth.
