Position Summary:

The Instructor of Management will teach four (4) undergraduate courses each semester in management with a heavy online teaching component.

Position beginning January 2026.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Teach up to five undergraduate courses in management each semester.
• Deliver instruction and maintain a learning environment consistent with the highest standards of the profession.
• Participate in establishing learning outcomes and to design course requirements to achieve the outcomes for the College of Business core and degree programs.
• Assessment and reporting of data relevant to college and degree program outcomes is required for each course as noted in the College of Business assessment calendars.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required or applicable to the position responsibilities and area of specialization, including special abilities.

General Days/Hours:

8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday

Other:

Successful experience in teaching online management courses is valued as well as face-to-face instruction of management courses in an AACSB accredited-College of Business. Professional management experience is also valued.

Minimum Qualifications:

An earned MBA is required.

Record of quality teaching online and offline.

Professional experience is valued.
