About the Position
Acupuncture and Massage School of Oriental Medicine (AMOM) is seeking an experienced and motivated Massage Program Director to lead our growing Massage Therapy Program.

This position combines academic leadership, clinical oversight, faculty supervision, and enrollment support.

 
Responsibilities
Oversee 800-hour Massage Therapy Program
Supervise instructors and maintain curriculum standards
Ensure compliance with Michigan state regulations
Manage student clinic operations
Support enrollment and retention efforts
Prepare program documentation for accreditation standards

Requirements

Qualifications
Active Michigan LMT License
Minimum 5 years clinical experience
Teaching experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
