Description
Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Middle School / Alternative Education Principal serves as the instructional and operational leader for the district’s middle school (grades 6–8) and alternative education programs, including High Desert Community Day School and Warner High Continuation High School. This position requires a collaborative, hands-on leader who supports high-quality instruction, positive school climate, and compliance in a small, rural district setting.
Requirements
Must hold or have the ability to obtain a valid California Administrative and Teaching Credential. Minimum 3 years of successful teaching experience. Administrative experience at the middle school or alternative education level preferred. Experience serving at-risk students and rural school communities.
