What You Will Do
- Manage complex and routine administrative and financial operations for the Clean Energy Jobs Act Clean Energy Contractor Incubator grant.
- Assist with office and space management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Incubator Hub.
- Collect, compile, and prepare data for internal and external reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with off-site vendors, trainers, contractors, and sub-awardee personnel to support program activities.
- Ensure compliance with grant policies and procedures, completing all financial paperwork and purchases related to the grant.
- Oversee hiring, payroll, and time entry processes for Incubator employees and contractors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage, track, and reconcile budgets.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Principal Investigator to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant grant execution.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting practices and procedures to perform complex duties.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with guidance fro Program Director, but also work collaboratively with diverse team
- Ability to compile financial records and prepare routine financial reports or statements.
- Experience with accounting software, enterprise systems, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret and maintain compliance with policies and procedures, including fiscal officer responsibilities.
- Sensitive to the needs of underrepresented populations.
