Position Description:
The Department of Bioengineering at the University of Louisville is seeking applications for a Part-Time Lecturer position starting Fall 2026.
We are looking for a highly qualified educator and researcher with a strong background in neuroscience and EEG signal analysis to teach graduate-level courses in the Bioengineering program.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in EEG signal acquisition, processing, and analysis
- Prior teaching or instructional experience at the graduate level (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality education
Responsibilities:
- Teach one or more graduate-level courses in neuroscience and EEG-related topics
- Develop and deliver course materials aligned with program objectives
- Mentor and support graduate students in coursework and research components
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure curriculum alignment and academic excellence
