Requirements
The Pulmonary Hypertension Program seeks an additional provider to support the clinical care of patients with pulmonary hypertension and related pulmonary vascular diseases across inpatient and outpatient settings.
The role will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for a complex population, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes pulmonary, cardiology, surgery, advanced practice providers, nursing, pharmacy, and administrative staff. Responsibilities will include participation in inpatient consultations, outpatient evaluation and longitudinal management, care coordination, and programmatic clinical operations.
The provider will support ongoing program development, including optimization of clinical workflows, quality and safety initiatives, and alignment with accreditation standards. Opportunities may exist for involvement in teaching, clinical research, registry development, and other academic activities, depending on experience and program needs.
The position requires training and experience relevant to the care of patients with pulmonary hypertension or pulmonary vascular disease, with an emphasis on teamwork, clinical excellence, and adaptability within a growing program.
