Seeking individuals with experience in the growth and development of young children through Infant, Toddler and Preschool ages. Those with Lived Experience working with children are encouraged to apply. If you have not already obtained an Early Education and Care professional certification, you can achieve certification with mentoring, paid classroom hours, and paid attendance at the required college course in under a year.
Working with our curriculum structures and supporting staff, we need staff that will show up with their best selves every day. Turning tears into smiles, challenges into teachable moments and supporting a child through the most formative moments of their lives.

Full Time Positions: Competitive Benefits with a $100 signing bonus [Health, Dental, 403B and more], 13 paid holidays and generous paid time off package.
Part Time Positions: MA Sick time accruals for under 22.5 hours per week and other perks or benefits contingent upon time commitment and schedule availability.
