Description
Educate Pathways (formerly Educate-WI) is seeking experienced Wisconsin Superintendents to serve as instructors in the WiscAd Program, a DPI-approved administrator certification program preparing the next generation of school and district leaders.
This flexible, part-time opportunity allows practicing Superintendents to contribute to the profession by delivering high-quality, graduate-level instruction in a fully online environment.
About the WiscAd Program:
The WiscAd Program is a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI)–approved administrator certification program leading to all five Wisconsin administrator licenses. The fully online, asynchronous program is completed in three semesters (two semesters of coursework and one semester of practicum).
Instructor Responsibilities:
- Teach within an established, DPI-approved curriculum
- Facilitate weekly asynchronous discussions
- Provide timely, meaningful assignment feedback to students
- Host three one-hour Zoom sessions per semester
- Serve as academic advisors
- Attend up to three faculty meetings annually
The role is flexible and part-time, designed to work alongside your current Superintendent responsibilities. Start as early as the May 2026 semester!

Requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Superintendent license
- Minimum of three years of current Superintendent experience in Wisconsin
- Education Specialist degree or higher required
- Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, leadership development, and mentorship
