Description
Rosalia School District #320 is seeking a caring, collaborative, and student-centered educator for a combined
1.0 FTE Title I/LAP and Middle School Language Arts teaching position.
Approximately .5 FTE of the position will provide targeted Title I/LAP academic intervention, with an
emphasis on small-group literacy instruction, assessment, progress monitoring, and student support. The
remaining .5 FTE will provide standards-aligned Middle School Language Arts instruction.
The successful candidate will value strong relationships, effective instruction, collaboration, and the
thoughtful use of student data to support academic growth.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement(s).
Ability to plan, deliver, and differentiate effective instruction.
Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to establish positive relationships with students, families, colleagues, and administrators.
Successful completion of required fingerprinting and background clearance.
