The Director of Basketball Operations assists in all aspects of developing and advancing a competitive women's basketball program in the Big Sky Conference. This includes, but is not limited to: budget management, travel planning, on campus recruiting, event and activity planning, scheduling facility and practice times, assist marketing staff, equipment and counseling student-athletes; managing daily administrative duties of the program; adhering to all rules and regulations of the university, NCAA, and Big Sky; other duties assigned by the Head Coach.

Contributes to a culture of environmental stewardship, practices resource conservation, and actively works toward achieving long-term sustainability goals.

The starting annual salary rate for this position will be between $43,872 $49,349. The starting salary may be negotiable above this range, however, it will be dependent upon the knowledge, experience, skills, and abilities of the chosen candidate, the budget of the hiring department, and approval from HR.
