Description
Join our leadership team as the Executive Director of Finance & Operations and play a critical role in shaping the financial strength and operational success of our school district. This executive leadership position oversees finance, budgeting, payroll, facilities, transportation, nutrition services, and business operations, ensuring resources are managed effectively to support exceptional educational opportunities for every student.
This is a year-round position (260-day contract). The annual salary for this position for the 2026-27 contract year is set at $148,705 (salary will be pro-rated based on actual start date) and includes a competitive benefits package.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in accounting/finance
- Valid Wisconsin Business Manger License (5008), or commitment to acquire within 24 months of employment.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
- Experience with governmental accounting (fund based, encumbrance system)
- Experience with computerized accounting system(s)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
