We are looking for a high-caliber Pediatric & Vision Therapy Optometrist to join our team in July 2026. This is a role for a clinician who is passionate about shaping young visual systems, unlocking children's full potential, and changing lives using a world-class facility—all while enjoying a culture that values both excellence and personality.

You won't just be doing basic screenings. You’ll be restoring visual function for children with learning-related vision problems, patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries, and individuals who have often been told there are no more options.

World-Class Facility & Tech Stack (Your Clinical Playground)
We provide the cutting-edge tools and space; you provide the magic. Our Costa Mesa clinic features an expansive layout where our dedicated "Eye Gym" (vision therapy rooms) takes up about half the space of the entire office.
You won't be doing it alone, either—you will direct and lead four experienced vision therapists who work directly under the doctor to execute your treatment plans.

- Optic Tracker System: Precision eye-tracking technology to evaluate and actively train smooth pursuits, saccades, and reading fluency.
- Visual Field VR Headset: State-of-the-art virtual reality diagnostics and therapeutic tools for highly engaging, effective vision rehab and tracking.
- Neurolens Technology: Leading-edge contoured prism diagnostics to treat binocular vision dysfunction, convergence insufficiency, and visual fatigue.
- Pentacam AXL: Advanced anterior segment tomography combined with precise axial length measurement for data-driven myopia management and specialty fits.
- Comprehensive Imaging: AS-OCT, OCT, Fundus Camera, and Slit Lamp Imaging.
- AI-Integrated EHR & Scribing: We’ve automated the paperwork so you can focus 100% on the human in the chair.

Position & Compensation
The Path: Full-time and Part-Time (Schedule and specific days to be mutually agreed upon, offering excellent work-life balance).
Compensation: Highly competitive daily base rate commensurate with experience, plus an aggressive, uncapped production bonus structure.
