The University of Iowa’s College of Dentistry is conducting a search for a full-time clinical-track faculty member in Prosthodontics. The position is available December 21, 2026; screening begins immediately.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

DDS/DMD or equivalent;

Completion of CODA-CDAC-accredited Prosthodontic training program resulting in a Certificate in Prosthodontics, or equivalent; and

Eligibility for a State of Iowa Dental License or Faculty Permit, issued by the Iowa Dental Board.

Desirable qualifications:

Clinical experience via private, military, or institutional practice; and

Clinical and didactic teaching experience.

Successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any misconduct history or pending research misconduct investigation including but not limited to sexual misconduct in prior employment and provide a related release and will be subject to a criminal background and credential check.
