Overview

Stanford University Golf Course is seeking motivated, hospitality-driven individuals to join our team, working closely with the Golf Professional Staff to deliver exceptional service to members, alumni, faculty, staff, students, and guests.

Experience Required

• Interest in golf, hospitality, or customer service
• Positive attitude & commitment to great service
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Golf operations experience is a plus
• Flexible schedule - weekends, holidays, mornings & evenings

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet & assist players with check-in, tee times, and inquiries
• Support daily professional shop & golf operations
• Assist with outside services & golf cart operations
• Support practice facility operations & presentation
• Assist with retail sales, merchandising & inventory
• Support member tournaments & university events
• Help with daily opening/closing procedures
• Support operations during the Clubhouse renovation
