About Our School & Community: Are you an energetic, passionate music educator looking to inspire the next generation of performers? The Methow Valley School District is seeking a dedicated Music & Performing Arts Teacher to join our team at Liberty Bell Junior-Senior High School.

Position Details:

• FTE: Up to 1.0 FTE (with a 0.7 FTE guaranteed baseline).
• Salary Range: $56,130 $105,795 annually, dependent on experience and education (DOE).
• Additional Compensation: Extra-duty stipends are available for extracurricular performance activities and events.

What Youll Do: As our Music & Performing Arts Teacher, you will lead our junior and senior high school music and performing arts programs. You will design engaging curricula, direct student performances, manage the classroom environment, and collaborate with staff, parents, and the broader Methow Valley arts community to elevate our performing arts presence.

What Were Looking For:

• Certification: Must possess a valid Washington State teaching certificate.
• Endorsement: A valid Music endorsement is required.
• Key Attributes: Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for youth arts education.
