Join Prisma Health, South Carolina’s largest not-for-profit healthcare system, as we expand our comprehensive neurosciences program. We are seeking a BC/BE neurosurgeon to join our established team in Columbia, SC, with a interest in general neurosurgery, including both cranial and spine procedures

This role includes an affiliate faculty appointment with the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, offering opportunities for teaching and academic engagement. You’ll also play a key role in the growth of our Neuroscience Institute, advancing coordinated clinical care, education, and research across the system.

• Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
• 16-bed dedicated Neuroscience ICU
• Dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) aligned with the neurosurgery service
• Well-established and growing neurosurgery practice
• Block OR scheduling
• Practice located on hospital campus near operating rooms
• Opportunities for clinical education, research, and academic collaboration
• Participation in Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards, and multidisciplinary educational conferences
