| Physical Requirements | ability to work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods, must be able to stand and work for prolonged periods while patrolling campus and issuing parking citations, frequent interactions with the public, providing customer service and professionally handling challenging or upset individuals, must be able to operate a two-way radio and handheld electronic ticket writer, follow written and verbal instructions, provide directions to campus visitors, and accurately communicate information, ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds. |

| Job Summary | The University of Kentucky is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parking Control Officer (PCO) to support safe, efficient, and accessible campus transportation operations. This role plays an essential part in maintaining compliance with University parking regulations, enhancing the campus experience, and providing exceptional service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and motorists. The Parking Control Officer is responsible for monitoring parking areas and campus entrances, enforcing parking regulations, and promoting safe traffic operations throughout campus. What You Will Do
