Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
Oak Hill Academy is an independent, co-educational school serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade, located on a spacious 20-acre campus in Lincroft, New Jersey. We are seeking a warm, patient, and creative Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team.

This role focuses on fostering a nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will design and implement engaging activities that support early literacy, social-emotional growth, and foundational academic skills through play-based and structured learning experiences. Building strong relationships with students and maintaining open communication with parents are essential components of this position.

Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of early childhood development and classroom management strategies tailored to young learners. Comfort with integrating technology tools for instruction and communication.

The salary range for this position is $43,000-$47,000, based on experience and qualifications.
