Description

Serve as the instructional leader of the elementary school. Establish a widely shared vision for learning at the Elementary level that aligns with the Raymond SChool District's Mission and Vision. Develop a school culture and instructional program that supports both student learning and staff professional growth. Effectively manages school organization, operation and resources for a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment. Collaborate with a veteran faculty and community members to respond to diverse student needs and interests.
