This is an exempt position, 260 days/year, 8 hours/day.

The job of Senior Director - Special Education Cooperative is done for the purpose/s of planning, implementing, directing, and maintaining the special education services of districts within the Special Education Cooperative; administering the functions delegated to the ESD by the districts; providing program recommendations to the Superintendents and their designee; ensuring compliance to established policies, procedures, and regulations; addressing other administrative duties and processes required to maintain the District's program of services; and management of itinerant special education services provided to districts outside of the Special Education Cooperative.

Requirements

Experience: Job related experience within specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility is required.

Education: Master's degree in job related area.
