Description

Senior Early Childhood Teacher, F/T, Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field, and 60 months of progressive experience in preschool teaching. Design, implement, and oversee age-appropriate curriculum and classroom activities for preschool children. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and educationally rich classroom environment that supports cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress and create individual learning plans as needed. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, classroom activities, and developmental needs. Maintain classroom organization, educational materials, and instructional resources. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and childcare regulations. Lead and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Work under close supervision and report to the CEO.
