The Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center (PHSC) — in partnership with Premier Orthopaedics, HOPCo, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital — seeks a Shoulder & Elbow Surgeon to join our nationally recognized upper extremity team. This opportunity combines high-volume community practice with meaningful academic engagement and advancement within Thomas Jefferson University. This opportunity is located in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered shoulder and elbow care across clinic, OR, and call settings.
- Teach and mentor fellows and residents through clinical rotations, lectures, and educational sessions (as desired).
- Collaborate on clinical outcomes, research, and academic initiatives within a productive, multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited institution.
- Fellowship in Shoulder & Elbow Surgery or Upper Extremity Surgery from an accredited program.
- Board-eligible or Board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- No minimum prior experience required.
- State licensure is not required at application; licensure will be obtained during onboarding.
- Multi-state practice may include PA, NJ, and DE.
