Make a Daily Impact—Join Our Team of Passionate Paraprofessionals!Precision HR is currently hiring Substitute Paraprofessionals to support students of all grade levels in person in Alexandria, MN.
Pay: $22/hour — paid weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, school-day hours
Qualifications:
You'll need one of the following:
- At least 60 college credits or an Associate's degree
- A passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
Your role will include:
- Supporting students with academic and behavioral growth, including IEP goals
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences
- Creating a safe, inclusive space where every student feels valued
