The Department of Accounting and Information Systems in the Woody L. Hunt College of Business at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Information Systems and Business Analytics with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, at the rank of Assistant Professor. We welcome candidates prepared to teach courses in artificial intelligence and related areas, and whose research addresses any area of information systems. Salary and benefits are AACSB-competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Hiring decisions are subject to final budget approval.

Teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels

Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Information Systems or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution, completed by the start date
Strong evidence of potential for publication in high-quality journals
Evidence of quality instruction or strong potential for teaching excellence
Collegiality and excellent communication skills
